Construction Project Manager (Modular Housing)

About the role

Stelumar Communities is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular residential projects across Etobicoke and Mississauga. You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and on‑site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑family residential projects on schedule and budget while adhering to company processes.
• Develop and maintain project cost plans, cash‑flow forecasts, and detailed schedules; monitor variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and refine estimates from conceptual design through tender and hard‑bid stages.
• Review, price, and negotiate change orders and contract amendments; manage contingency draw‑down.
• Lead contract negotiation, award, and administration, including selection of consultants and subcontractors.
• Solicit, level, and analyze trade and supplier pricing to support procurement decisions.

Required profile
