Construction Project Manager

About the role

Ambico Limited is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects, develop risk management plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop risk management plans.
• Prepare project schedules and cost estimates.
• Prepare and deliver project reports.
• Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
• Maintain maintenance reports and documentation.
• Coordinate work activities with other departments and ensure information flow within the team.
• Review project plans and recommend design changes.
• Monitor project success after release.
• Consult with clients to determine project needs.
• Assign projects to subordinates and oversee work safety, environmental safety and accident prevention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to sit, stand and walk as required.
