Construction Labourer

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Labourer to join our on‑site team. No prior degree or certificate is required – we will provide the training needed to perform the duties safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt and other building materials.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and debris.
- Tend or feed machines and equipment used on the construction site.
Required profile
- Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lb) repeatedly.
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn on the job and follow safety procedures.
Required skills
- Concrete mixing and pouring.
- Scaffolding assembly and dismantling.
- Material handling and equipment operation.
