Constituency Services Specialist

About the role

The Constituency Services Specialist supports World Renew Canada’s donor base by delivering high‑quality service, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating giving programs. This full‑time position works closely with the Constituency Relations (CORE) team and other internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls on the main phone line, manage voicemail and arrange backup coverage.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications, including email inquiries and direct‑mail support.
• Provide administrative assistance such as mail processing, filing, printing, and data collection for reporting.
• Update and deduplicate constituent records in Salesforce CRM, including demographics and donation preferences.
• Manage acknowledgements for memorial and in‑honour donations and coordinate with Gift Processing and Finance teams.
• Support the Annual Gift Catalog program and maintain knowledge of current campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for discovery trips, events, and remote donor advisement materials.
• Enter single and recurring telephone donations, monitor declined or expiring credit cards, and update donor information.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data accuracy and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
