About the role

Join CGI’s Payroll Services Center as a Time Management Support Advisor. You will help clients use a cloud‑based time and scheduling application, ensuring smooth payroll processing for businesses across many industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for clients using the time‑management application.
• Collaborate with other client support teams involved in payroll services.
• Notify relevant stakeholders when client issues arise and recommend optimal solutions.
• Perform configuration tasks within the application and coordinate quality‑assurance testing for modifications.
• Train clients on new functionalities and assist them in adopting updates.
• Document client‑specific requirements, key events, and feedback.

Required profile

• College diploma in administration, accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience with time‑management or scheduling solutions.
• Experience in an IT or office‑technology environment.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Openness to emerging technologies, including AI, and willingness to act as a change ambassador.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with timesheet and time‑capture tools.
• Proficiency with modern communication platforms.
• Strong command of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
