Concrete Pump Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Concrete Pump Operator to join our team in various locations across British Columbia. The role involves performing pre‑operational inspections, mixing, pouring and spreading concrete and asphalt, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑operational inspections of concrete pumping equipment.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Feed and tend machines used in construction.
• Adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience operating concrete pumps.
• Accurate, hardworking team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Pass a driving record check and drug test.

Required skills

• Operation of concrete pumping equipment.
• Experience with pumps and concrete spreaders.
• Adjusting valves, pumps and control systems.
