COMMS & SCADA Work Package Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a COMMS & SCADA Work Package Manager to lead the communications and SCADA work package on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project in Ontario. The role will oversee the full lifecycle from design through commissioning, ensuring delivery on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the COMMS work package from concept through substantial completion.
• Conduct system design constructability reviews and perform quantity take‑offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare RFP documentation, manage the procurement process and supervise subcontractors.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, testing & commissioning, and service demonstration.
• Control costs, monitor progress against project milestones and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale communications or SCADA work packages in infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of design, procurement, installation and commissioning processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
