About the role

This part‑time evening position supports a locally owned Pharmaprix store by ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is received correctly, and customers receive friendly service. You will work closely with the front‑store manager to maintain store standards and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise back‑room inventory, follow BIMI processes and manage product placement, expiry dates and displays.
• Use PDT and MMS systems for daily merchandising tasks and execute exit‑strategy and product returns.
• Receive shipments, document deliveries, and keep the back‑room tidy and compliant with receiving policies.
• Provide courteous customer assistance on the floor, adhering to uniform and dress‑code standards.
• Follow health‑and‑safety, loss‑prevention, and store‑standard procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required, including cash handling when applicable.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Efficient, organised and detail‑oriented work style.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations on the sales floor.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently.
• Basic computer literacy and cash‑register experience.
