Colour & Raw Materials Developer

About the role

The Colour & Raw Materials Developer works within the Sourcing team to translate seasonal product visions into accurate colour palettes and material specifications. Reporting to the Manager, Colour & Raw Materials, the role focuses on colour development while also supporting raw‑materials administration across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the seasonal colour development process by creating and maintaining colour palettes in the PLM system.
• Execute, track, and manage Lab Dip and print strike‑off submissions to keep development timelines on schedule.
• Order and organise physical colour standards and digital files required for vendor production.
• Maintain daily communication with global manufacturing partners using collaboration tools such as Basecamp.
• Participate in visual reviews of lab dips and production prints to ensure colour consistency with approved standards.
• Identify and communicate potential colour feasibility concerns to cross‑functional teams.
• Support technical review and quality documentation related to colour and material approvals.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams worldwide.
• Ability to manage multiple seasonal workflows and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Proficiency in Basecamp or similar project‑collaboration tools.
