Collision Estimator

About the role

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to guide customers through the repair process with precision and professionalism. You will ensure accurate, timely estimates and act as the trusted liaison between customers, technicians, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely estimates using industry‑standard software such as Mitchell or Audatex.
• Guide customers through the repair experience with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assess damage on EVs, hybrids, ADAS‑equipped vehicles, and vehicles with advanced materials, ensuring OEM‑compliant repair planning.
• Identify when high‑voltage safety procedures, calibrations, or specialized EV processes are required.

Required profile

• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures, guidelines, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
