About the role
Excelone Staffing Services is seeking a reliable collection truck driver to support public works operations in the North York area. You will operate garbage and snow‑transport trucks, ensuring safe and efficient service while following all safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Check, lubricate, refuel and clean equipment before and after each shift.
- Operate various vehicles, including garbage trucks and snow‑transport trucks, with a manual transmission.
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Required profile
- Valid driver's licence with AZ and DZ class endorsements and air‑brake qualification.
- 1–2 years experience driving garbage or snow‑transport trucks.
- Physical ability to handle up to 23 kg and perform sitting, standing, and walking tasks throughout the shift.
Required skills
- AZ class licence.
- DZ class licence.
- Air‑brake endorsement.
- Manual transmission operation.
