CMS Architect

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a senior CMS Architect to lead large‑scale digital experience implementations for leading brands. The role combines technical architecture, platform expertise and client‑facing leadership to deliver content solutions that are fast, scalable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Web Content Management (WCM) platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Contentful, Optimizely and Sitecore.
• Develop conceptual and logical architectures using packaged software and cloud‑native technologies.
• Design and oversee application architectures that meet business requirements, ensuring performance, scalability and security.
• Resolve integration and interface challenges between back‑end systems and content platforms.
• Support project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and lead effort estimation.
• Provide technical guidance to sales pursuits, including RFP responses and architecture assessments.
• Facilitate client and team meetings, delivering constructive feedback and mentorship.

• Ability to work independently and guide cross‑functional teams.
