Clinical Specialist – Quebec

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support customers across Quebec. The role combines on‑site education, technical consulting, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure optimal outcomes for Medtronic’s medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site education and consulting for healthcare providers.
• Support field personnel to deliver the best possible service to Medtronic customers.
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units.
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide case and sales support.
• Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Team.
• Serve as a technical resource for specific medical products or solutions.
• Support CRM growth and CAS launch readiness across Quebec.

Required profile

• Clinical experience in electrophysiology or an EP lab is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel within Quebec to provide on‑site support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with sales and clinical teams.
