About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the daily operations of our physiotherapy and massage clinic in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily clinical operations.
- Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
- Plan, monitor, and control budgets and expenditures.
- Review budgets to keep departments within funding limits.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for health‑care service delivery.
- Hire, train, motivate, and supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members.
- Oversee data analysis, report preparation, and information management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in health‑service management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication.
