Clinical Office Supervisor – RPN/RN

About the role
The Clinical Office Supervisor – RPN/RN will be based in the district’s operational centre and will use clinical expertise to support service delivery, ensure safe and ethical care, and collaborate with Clinical Community Supervisors, Care and Service Managers, and Operations Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve concerns from field staff, clients, families, and funding partners.
- Initiate and document client and staff safety incident investigations, meeting required timelines.
- Manage daily Automated Provider Report (APR) tracking and ensure timely transmission to funders.
- Collaborate with frontline teams to meet clinical documentation and submission requirements per funder and CNO guidelines.
- Engage clients and staff in problem‑solving, health teaching, and coaching to identify needs and goals.
- Document all client care and problem‑solving activities according to ParaMed policies.
- Handle Not Seen Not Found (NSNF) situations and urgent clinical concerns promptly.
- Support staff with workplace injury reporting and review billing suspensions or rejections.
Required profile
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Strong clinical knowledge and judgment to assess, advise, and evaluate care situations.
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks (CNO, provincial legislation).
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and families.
- Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date practice standards and ethical care provision.
Required skills

- Knowledge of Automated Provider Report (APR) processes.
- Understanding of CNO guidelines and provincial health regulations.
