Clinical Data Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Data Coordinator will support the Clinical Data Management team in delivering high‑quality data for assigned clinical trial projects. This hybrid/remote role focuses on ensuring data integrity, validity, and reliability throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing data management documentation for start‑up, maintenance, and close‑out phases of trials.
• Perform basic database and edit‑check testing activities.
• Conduct data review, generate queries, and enter data as required.
• Update databases to correct errors and maintain accurate records.
• Generate SAS requests, review report outputs, and support data transfer processes.
• Help finalize and transfer clinical databases and related documentation to sponsors.
• Ensure study documentation is properly stored in trial master files.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the department.

Required profile

• One‑ to two‑year post‑secondary certification in a relevant field, or 1‑3 years of related experience in clinical data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self‑motivated with good communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
