Client Services Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Representative to join TransPerfect’s Toronto office. The role provides high‑quality technical and operational support for users of our Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform across North America and other regions. You will collaborate with teams across the US, Canada, LATAM, Europe and other regions to ensure a professional, responsive, and accurate service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical and operational support to clients and users on the VDR platform.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for multiple engagements.
• Guide users through platform workflows such as access, permissions, document management, Q&A, and reporting.
• Deliver and host online training sessions for clients.
• Investigate and document user issues, escalating technical matters when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions, job tracking, and billing information.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Technical aptitude and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Experience in client‑facing support or customer service roles.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
