Client Partner – Sports SaaS Platform

About the role

Storyteller is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that powers Stories experiences for brands. As a Client Partner you will own one of its biggest sports clients, acting as the day‑to‑day lead who drives projects, ensures delivery quality, and uncovers growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the account forward daily, identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate product, engineering, delivery and operations teams to deliver committed features and content.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s executives, translating requests into clear priorities and next steps.
• Own account planning, including roadmap definition, renewals, expansions and commercial details.
• Produce actionable client reports and manage incident escalation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in major US sports, especially the NBA season cycle (regular season, playoffs, draft, free agency).
• Ability to anticipate shifting priorities driven by live sports events.
• Self‑starter with genuine autonomy and accountability for delivery.
• Willingness to align work hours with US Eastern Time across weekdays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced productivity tools for speed, quality and repeatability.
