About the role
The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaners across various commercial facilities in Calgary. You will ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction while coordinating daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Inspect sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners with tasks when needed and establish work schedules.
Required profile

- Strong interpersonal and oral communication abilities.
- Flexible, initiative‑driven, and sound judgement.
- Reliable with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
