About the role
The Cleaning Service Manager will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily cleaning operations.
- Evaluate, plan, and organize daily activities.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- No specific degree, certificate, or diploma required.
