About the role
We are looking for a proactive Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Québec. You will ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality while coordinating any additional maintenance services.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect sites and facilities, identifying any repair, painting, or renovation needs.
- Arrange for additional services such as repairs, equipment replacement, or furnishings.
- Assist cleaners with tasks when required.
- Develop and maintain work schedules, accommodating flexible and early‑morning shifts.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Availability for early‑morning, flexible, on‑call, weekend, and overtime work.
