About the role
As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will keep our residential properties tidy, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will follow established cleaning routines to maintain high standards of cleanliness across shared and private spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms.
- Deep clean vacant tenant units, including bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Remove snow and ice during winter months.
- Ensure garbage and recycling areas are well‑maintained.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
- Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices.
