About the role

The Sector Manager for the Order Preparation Department reports to the Logistics Director and is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising daily order‑fulfilment activities. The role ensures smooth operations, meets productivity targets and complies with quality, health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate work based on order volume and operational needs.
• Assign resources and supervise the order‑preparation team.
• Coordinate special orders, set production priorities and monitor performance.
• Track employee productivity, attendance, timesheets, vacations and absences.
• Identify and correct operational discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and propose process optimisations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of team‑management experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a setting that requires frequent movement and occasional lifting of loads.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
