About the role

BGIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of moderate‑to‑high complexity facilities projects. You will work closely with internal departments, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while meeting all regulatory and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to close‑out, following BGIS’s standardized PMI‑based methodology.
• Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, schedules and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Secure approvals for scope changes and manage change control processes.
• Monitor progress, report status, assess risks and implement mitigation or contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and fire protection regulations.
• Coordinate with operations, technical services, consultants and contractors to align project activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facilities or real‑estate projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Familiarity with PMI project management principles and stage‑gate review processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal and external teams.
