Channel Account Manager, B2B Retail & eCommerce

About the role

The Channel Account Manager will drive growth of ASUS Commercial business through B2B retail and eCommerce partners such as Best Buy Business, Staples Business, Amazon Business, and Costco Business. You will own the online execution, product visibility and campaign performance for SMB, SOHO, education and transactional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ASUS contact for B2B retail and eCommerce partners.
• Generate revenue by managing partner online stores, B2B portals and marketplaces.
• Identify growth opportunities by partner, product category, customer segment and campaign performance.
• Ensure ASUS SKUs are correctly listed, priced, stocked and easily discoverable across all partner platforms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and operations to improve product content, images, specifications and commercial messaging.
• Develop and maintain account plans with revenue targets, priority SKUs, campaign calendars and inventory strategies.
• Coordinate quarterly promotions, online campaigns and business‑customer acquisition initiatives.
• Track and report on traffic, conversion, revenue, margin, sell‑through, attach rate and new customer acquisition.
• Provide partners with product knowledge, sales tools, promotions and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in channel sales, eCommerce or B2B retail account management.
• Hands‑on experience with online marketplaces and B2B platforms (e.g., Amazon Business, Best Buy Business, Staples Business, Costco Business).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising and online buying behavior.
