Change Manager (L10) – Technology & Transformation

About the role

The Change Manager (L10) will lead end‑to‑end change management for moderately complex, technology‑driven initiatives within TD’s Global Technology & Solutions organization. You will ensure colleagues are aware, ready, and able to adopt change by combining strategic planning, data‑driven insights, and influential leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change management plans for technology initiatives, covering communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to align change activities with business objectives.
• Analyze readiness data and provide actionable insights to guide decision‑making.
• Lead change workstreams, act as subject‑matter expert, and advise stakeholder groups.
• Monitor adoption metrics and sustain change outcomes post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in change management, preferably within technology projects.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to solve complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
