Become a key part of Rona's store administration team, turning every situation into a collective success while supporting colleagues in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner
• Process transactions precisely and accurately
• Keep all checkout work stations clean and uncluttered
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, health and safety policies
• Perform other related tasks to keep the store running smoothly

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and occasionally outdoors
• Experience with cash register systems is an asset
