Cash Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Cash Supervisor to join our store management team in Dieppe, NB. In this role you will lead the cash department, ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cash department activities, including daily/weekly planning, seasonal changeovers and store opening/closing duties.
• Train, coach, motivate and supervise team members, providing feedback and recognizing achievements.
• Prepare work schedules within budget guidelines and manage performance.
• Resolve customer and employee issues while maintaining health and safety compliance.
• Maintain department presentation standards and ensure accurate cash register operation.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory, leadership or managerial experience in retail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
