About the role
We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations at our Richmond location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily operations.
- Recruit, train and set work schedules for staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
