Café Manager – Full‑time, Permanent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations at BeauCoup Bakery and Café in Britannia Beach. The role involves managing staff, finances, inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to control labour costs and maintain profitability.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily café operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 1‑4 employees.
• Maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Required profile

• 3 to less than 5 years of experience managing a café, bakery, or similar food‑service establishment.
• Accurate, dependable, organized and able to work well in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and shift hours.
