Business Systems Analyst

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will work within SK Security Services to design, develop, and implement information system solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure secure, efficient, and cost‑effective technology delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Document technical requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementations.
• Design, develop, and implement business‑focused information system solutions.
• Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
• Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate security breaches.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews of software products and information systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
