Business Operations Analyst – Remote (Ontario)

About the role

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support both residential and commercial pest‑control services across Canada. Working remotely from Ontario, you will use analytical tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analyses, collection systems, and strategies that improve statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire and consolidate data from multiple software platforms, including legacy systems, for comprehensive analysis.
• Conduct cross‑functional analysis of productivity, customer feedback, safety metrics, and other data sets to generate business insights.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data from diverse sources.
• Assist in planning and consolidating multiple systems into a unified platform.
• Report findings and recommend improvements for territory cost management and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other data‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst handling multiple data sources.
• Experience using AI‑powered analytics and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases, and programming.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages for dataset analysis.
• Experience with logistics and route‑optimization tools such as Route4Me, Llamasoft, or similar.
