About the role
We are seeking a Business Management Analyst to analyze and improve managerial methods, budgeting, and financial performance across our operations. The role supports property owners by providing data‑driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on managerial methods and organizational structure.
- Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules, and reports.
- Develop budgets and cost estimates, monitoring progress and expenses.
- Monitor progress and costs for property owners.
- Examine financing methods, production costs, techniques, and marketing policies to recommend improvements.
- Analyze financial documents and reports.
- Analyze operating costs and other data.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or management consulting.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with morning shifts.
