Business Development Manager

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. As Business Development Manager you will hire, develop and scale a high‑performing Business Development Representative (BDR) team to support the company’s hyper‑growth phase, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Build a metrics‑driven, customer‑obsessed BDR team that consistently exceeds quota.
• Identify and implement process improvements that boost conversion rates.
• Design and refine a repeatable yet personalized outreach and pipeline generation playbook.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and weekly one‑on‑ones to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to optimise lead generation.
• Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
• Contribute innovative ideas that accelerate market growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect and continuous learning.
• Travel up to 25 % of the time to the United States.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high‑growth startup, with at least 2 years managing teams of five or more reps.
• Deep understanding of BDR best practices and pipeline generation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Gong and Outreach.
• Motivational leader who drives employee engagement and embodies Dandy’s sales competencies.
