Business Analyst, Domestic Transportation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Domestic Transportation team. You will analyze tracking data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that improve visibility and reduce supply‑chain costs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze assigned topics, present findings, and propose solutions.
• Evaluate Project44 (P44) tracking data to spot patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Collect stakeholder feedback from suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Customize P44 dashboards and set up automated alerts for shipment status changes.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to transportation teams, leadership, and partners.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve inbound and outbound tracking.
• Apply continuous‑improvement methodologies to lower supply‑chain costs and enhance service.
• Collaborate with teams to design, test, and implement tools and process improvements.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Post‑secondary degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Project44 (P44) by Movement.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL (including Microsoft Access).
• Data reporting and visualization expertise (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
