About the role
The Bus Dispatcher coordinates daily bus operations, ensuring drivers are assigned to routes efficiently and that service runs safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor their routes throughout the day.
- Prepare production reports and other operational documentation.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages and handle inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all routes.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
- Team‑player attitude with a focus on safety.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook).
