Brewery Tour Facilitator – Halifax

About the role

Join the award‑winning Alexander Keith’s Brewery team as a Brewery Tour Facilitator in Halifax. You will bring the story of Alexander Keith, his passion for brewing, and the heritage of Halifax to life for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging, energetic tours for groups of visitors, sharing the history and brewing process.
• Interact with guests in a warm, friendly manner, answering questions and creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain a safe environment while beer is being served and assist with any on‑site needs.
• Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, averaging 25‑30 hours per week.

Required profile

• Confident public speaker who can captivate large audiences.
• Energetic, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Legal drinking age (19+) in Nova Scotia and able to lift up to 40 lb.
• Fluent in English; background in tourism, hospitality, or theatre is an asset.

Required skills

• Ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
• Musical ability (singing or instrument) is a plus but not mandatory.
