Brand Marketing Intern – Retail & Trade Marketing

About the role

The Brand Marketing Intern will support the Trade Marketing Manager in delivering Caudalie Canada's marketing plans across retail, boutique, and digital channels. This hands‑on internship provides exposure to brand and trade marketing activities, from product launches to content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with retailer launches, including completing listing forms, updating planograms, and managing assortment changes.
• Organize office product inventory for visual merchandising, mailers, and gifting initiatives.
• Coordinate courier shipments for retailer incentives, marketing materials, PR mailers, and other dispatches.
• Support tester inventory management and distribution to field and sales teams.
• Develop and execute visual content, POSM, and marketing materials for retailers, boutiques, and e‑retailers.
• Help brief studios, manage approvals, oversee production, and dispatch finished assets.
• Assist in planning boutique marketing events.
• Adapt U.S. and global training tools for the Canadian market, oversee production and distribution.
• Maintain technical sheets and product information for internal and external use.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, take detailed meeting notes, and conduct market research on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; communications or related experience also considered.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Full‑time schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with flexibility for events.
