Brand Ambassador – Toronto Yorkville

About the role

The Brand Ambassador will deliver a memorable in‑store experience for guests and prospective customers at the Yorkville boutique. Working closely with the Store Manager, the role supports sales targets and upholds the humanistic philosophy of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide industry‑leading customer service to build guest loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while converting one‑time shoppers into long‑term clients.
• Resolve customer issues proactively with best‑in‑class service.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed on current marketing and promotions.
• Embody the brand aesthetic and philosophy in all interactions.
• Assist with store operations such as opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Support inventory management to prevent shrinkage and loss.
• Collaborate with colleagues across stores and corporate partners.
