About the role

The Billing Clerk supports the GCPC (Pomerleau Canam Construction Group) by ensuring accurate collection of amounts owed by subcontractors. You will work with timesheets, coordinate with the Construction Department, and maintain data integrity in SAP.

Key responsibilities

Receive and verify subcontractor timesheets.
Confirm timesheet approvals with the Construction Department.
Enter timesheet data into SAP accurately.
Identify and resolve data entry or collection issues proactively.
Prepare timesheets for CCQ‑covered employees when required.

Required profile

AEC or DEC in Accounting.
3–5 years of accounting experience.
Familiarity with the CCQ collective agreement is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Customer‑service orientation and adaptability.
