Bilingual SAP Ariba Upstream Lead (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Upstream Lead who can work fluently in both French and English. You will join our Advanced Technology Centers team in Montreal, helping clients optimise their upstream SAP modules and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve issues across SAP upstream modules, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver change requests.
• Configure SAP upstream solutions and guide clients on best‑practice usage.
• Identify risks, propose strategies and recommend design options using prototypes.
• Set up, test and validate SAP systems following established methodologies.
• Lead, coach and manage project staff as required.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP Ariba consultant, comfortable both in team settings and leading projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive into detailed workstreams.
