Bilingual Nurse Practitioner – Remote (Ontario)

About the role

Phoenix is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Nurse Practitioner to join its asynchronous telemedicine platform. Working remotely from anywhere in Ontario, you will review patient histories, determine treatment eligibility, and prescribe when appropriate, all within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient‑submitted medical histories through an intelligent online platform and decide candidacy for treatment, typically completing consultations in under five minutes.
• Issue prescriptions when appropriate and communicate directly with patients via a secure messaging system for any follow‑up information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows and ensure high‑quality, scalable care.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co‑design solutions that improve the patient and provider experience.
• Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches, protocols, and expansion into additional health conditions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Registered in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and eligible for licensure in other Canadian provinces (support available).
• Technologically savvy and comfortable using digital care platforms.
• Excellent communicator who can respond to patient needs promptly and empathetically.
• Passionate about improving Canadian healthcare and eager to work cross‑functionally with non‑clinical teams.
• Previous experience in men’s health is a plus but not required.
