Bilingual Nurse Practitioner – Remote (New Brunswick)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Nurse Practitioner to join Phoenix’s remote telehealth team, delivering asynchronous virtual care to patients across New Brunswick. The role involves reviewing patient histories, prescribing when appropriate, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient‑submitted medical histories through the platform and determine treatment candidacy, typically completing consultations in under five minutes.
• Issue prescriptions when appropriate and communicate with patients via secure messaging for additional information.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows and ensure high‑quality, scalable care.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co‑design solutions that enhance patient and provider experience.
• Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches, protocols, and expansion into additional health conditions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Registered in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and eligible for licensure in other Canadian provinces.
• Technologically savvy with experience or comfort using digital care platforms.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Responsive, empathetic, and able to address patient needs promptly.
• Passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare landscape.
• Curious, innovative, and eager to work cross‑functionally with non‑clinical teams.
• Previous experience in men’s health is a plus (not required).
