Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (Remote, Canada)

About the role

Our client, a growing transportation and logistics company, is looking for a bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team. Working fully remotely from anywhere in Canada, you will act as the hub between customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch, routing and scheduling using internal platforms.
• Communicate updates, resolve issues and manage expectations with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor active orders, investigate disruptions, and ensure timely resolution of delays or concerns.
• Handle high‑volume email and inquiry traffic while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Address billing inquiries, documentation requests and account‑related questions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Administrative teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken, with professional communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
