Bilingual (French/English) Customer Support - Remote

About the role

We are looking for bilingual (French/English) customer support agents to work remotely for a Driver Assistance Program. You will handle a range of calls, from routine navigation questions to emergency situations, providing calm, empathetic assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from drivers using the assistance program.
• Assess each caller’s situation and deliver appropriate safety services (e.g., Emergency Assistance, Collision Notification, Stolen Vehicle Locator).
• Maintain composure under pressure and follow established protocols for emergency handling.
• Document interactions accurately and meet performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English, verified through language tests.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and the ability to stay calm during stressful calls.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, uninterrupted workspace.
• Willingness to complete a single‑attempt assessment, PC scan, and video interview.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 operating system.
• Use of a wired USB headset with microphone.
• Basic troubleshooting of internet connectivity.
