About the role
EY is seeking a dynamic bilingual Executive Assistant to join its Executive Assistant Group (EAG). The role supports partners and contributes to the Core Business Services team, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Support client engagement management, including tracking time, expenses, running reports, and assisting with billing.
- Create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools while adhering to firm brand standards.
- Coordinate virtual and in‑person meetings, small events, and liaise with teams for larger events.
- Manage travel arrangements through EY’s dedicated agents and travel tools, and maintain multiple calendars.
- Participate in team meetings, learning events, and provide short‑term backup support for colleagues.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education or relevant experience.
- Outstanding time‑management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability, and proactive follow‑through.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strong judgment on confidential matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
