Bilingual Driver Trainer – Training Center

About the role

WM Canada is seeking a bilingual trainer to deliver driver training programs at its Training Center. The role involves planning, delivering, assessing and coaching curriculum to ensure drivers meet performance standards while supporting the company’s commitment to safety and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver designated driver training curricula and conduct assessments for participants.
• Provide coaching sessions and final performance evaluations.
• Report schedules, attendance, and observations to the Training Coordinator to maintain accurate records.
• Model professional behavior and communicate expectations to trainees.
• Travel frequently to the United States during the first six months, with trips up to two weeks.
• Perform additional minor duties as assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for up to two weeks at a time.
• Professional demeanor and ability to model expected behavior.
