Bilingual Data Entry Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Cencora is seeking a bilingual Data Entry Specialist to support its patient and provider services and pharmaceutical commercialization activities in Canada. The role involves managing clinical information, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring data quality for pharmacovigilance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and document clinical information in compliance with protocols and legislation.
• Respond to medical inquiries using approved FAQs.
• Interact with internal and external clients to obtain additional information or clarification.
• Review patient data in the CRM, verify accuracy, and update records regularly.
• Attach post‑infusion reports to databases and ensure proper documentation for safety programs.
• Enter data into program‑specific databases and perform quality checks on adverse event reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, label and attach documents to the CRM, and organize work schedules across multiple time zones.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and provide coverage for various shifts, including on‑call or standby periods.

Required profile

• Minimum college‑level education; a degree or certificate in life sciences is an asset.
• Experience in medical information, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, pharmacy, or related pharmaceutical industry roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
