Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer (Remote – Montreal)

About the role

PBS Systems is seeking a bilingual trainer to deliver English and French instruction on its Dealer Management System for automotive fixed‑operations. The position is based remotely in the Montreal area, with half of the time spent working from home and the other half travelling across Canada and the United States to provide on‑site training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions on PBS Fixed‑Ops software for new and existing dealership customers.
• Guide customers through software implementation, data entry, and operational tasks.
• Manage and resolve DTO Cornerstone support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features and process documentation.
• Share best practices across teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain solution‑focused relationships.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month across North America.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
