Beverage Service Manager

About the role

The Beverage Service Manager will lead daily beverage operations for a busy café environment in Calgary. You will ensure smooth service, high quality standards, and a positive customer experience while managing a large team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan daily beverage operations.
• Monitor and improve staff performance.
• Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for 50‑100 team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Enforce health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
• Participate in marketing plan implementation.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 years) or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in beverage or food service.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible, reliable, and a team‑player with efficient interpersonal skills.
